Campus Ministry is part of the culture of the Jesuits that aims to form men and women for others and it serves the community by helping its members grow in faith. Spiritual development is a core element of any holistic education and being a B-School imparting management education, its aim is not about forming managers but responsible leaders and Campus Ministry facilitates this development. It fosters the development of leadership in service and education for justice.
JIM organizes various spiritual activities through the Campus Ministry for the faculty, staff and students. At the beginning of every academic year, prayer services are conducted by the campus ministry team for every group. These prayer services are inter-religious in their content.
