The pre-placement training is important for the placement process to enhance the knowledge, skill and attitude (KSA). The training is conducted in various fields such as quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, finance skills, managerial skills, grooming, data analysis and data interpretation. The training in the field of skill development is given in the areas of soft skills and specific domain knowledge. The soft skill development covers the topics such ‘group discussion, presentation, communication’. The students are divided into small groups so that the training co-ordinator could access the individuals and identify their weaknesses to help them overcome it. The training program helps the students enhance capabilities and make them fit for placement.
