Dr. Josephine Priya holds a Ph.D. in Management Studies from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, and has over eight years of teaching experience in higher education. Prior to joining JIM, she served as Assistant Professor at Loyola College, Chennai, and Arul Anandar College, Madurai, and also worked as a Research Associate at JIM. She brings international exposure through her postgraduate studies in Leadership and Human Resource Management in Germany. Her areas of teaching include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Leadership, Industrial Relations, and Career Management. Her research interests focus on cognitive biases, career decision-making, behavioural studies, labour economics, and human resource management. She has published research papers in reputed international journals and has presented keynote lectures and training programmes for educators, students, and community groups.
