Social Involvement Programme

Every student must sacrifice their self to the society since they are the seeds from the same soil and to imbibe this awareness, JIM aims to generate managers who aim to create an egalitarian society. A well planned social involvement programme known as SHEPHERD is effective inside the campus. A student gets 80 hours to be with rural commoners to analyze different socio-cultural structures and express one's care and concern for the society constructively. Inequalities, injustice, and the gap between the rich and poor are the areas of focus. The students are encouraged to reform the lives of the marginalized positively. SJC & JIM collectively supports every constructive deed of a student.
