Dr. Cecilia Merlin Wilton, an Assistant Professor of English with over 18 years of experience in teaching, research, academic leadership, and faculty development. I hold a Ph.D. in English from Bharathidasan University and specialize in Indian Writing in English, Gender Studies, Trauma Studies, and English Language Teaching. My teaching spans undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, with a focus on communication skills, research methodology, and interdisciplinary learning. As a researcher and resource person, I have contributed to publications, conferences, curriculum development, and faculty training. My interests include business communication, outcome-based education, technology-enabled learning, and student employability.
