Ms. Restina, a Postgraduate in English and Education, trained in Teaching, Training and Developing Professionals by internationally recognized TQUK, and also a British Council Certified Business English Teacher (BETT) with a strong passion for ELT, has to credit 15 years of experience in handling Communicative Competence and Training sessions for various groups of learners including teachers, corporate employees, graduates and, postgraduates who seek employment. Designing Teaching Learning modules and organizing customized training programs are the areas involved in at present. The skills required to enable Behaviour/ Social Skills Development in young learners are key to the modules designed.
