Ms. Restina is a multi-disciplinary academician and corporate trainer with about two decades of profound experience in nurturing communicative competence across diverse learner profiles, including corporate executives, educators, and management graduates. A postgraduate in English, Education, and Business Administration, she specializes in bridging the gap between academic literacy and corporate leadership requirements. Certified internationally by Training Qualifications UK (TQUK) in Teaching, Training, and Developing Professionals, and credentialed by the British Council as a Business English Teacher (BETT), Ms. Restina brings global pedagogical standards to the classroom. For nearly a decade, she has been a core faculty member at St. Joseph’s Institute of Management (JIM), Tiruchirappalli, where she has mastered the art of preparing agile, industry-ready managers for the corporate ecosystem. Beyond high-impact teaching, she is a skilled curriculum architect, specializing in designing customized learning modules and driving institutional training programs. Her core research interests lie at the critical intersection of management education and Interrogative Literacy™. As an active researcher, she has regularly participated in prestigious National Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), presented pioneering research at national conferences, and published extensively in Scopus and Peer-reviewed journals on Reading Competency and Discursive Competence. At JIM, she combines academic rigor with a strong passion for English Language Teaching (ELT), equipping future corporate leaders with advanced analytical and strategic communication tools.
