Ms. P. Janet Mary Portia has 11 years of teaching experience in private engineering colleges. She studied Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) from Holy Cross College (Autonomous), Tiruchirappalli, Master of Business Administration from J.J. College of Engineering and Technology, Tiruchirappalli and Master of Philosophy (Management) from PRIST University, Thanjavur. She has cleared the State Eligibility Test and National Eligibility Test for Lectureship in Management in the year 2016. Her area of specialization is Finance and Human Resource. She organized Seminars and workshops for the betterment of students and guided more than 150 projects at PG Level. She has published papers in Scopus indexed journals. Areas of Teaching: Accounting for Management, Financial Management, Merchant Banking and Financial Services, Security analysis and portfolio Management, General Management. Her area of interest includes Financial Modelling using Ms Excel. Currently, she is the Chair of Library, Sports & Clubs at JIM
